By accessing and using StaySync ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StaySync is a property management system designed for vacation rental managers. The service includes:

• Property management and organization
• Booking synchronization across multiple platforms
• Team coordination and task management
• Guest communication and portal services
• AI-powered assistance (Stayci)
• Financial reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

StaySync offers various subscription plans with different features and limits.

• Free plan: Up to 5 properties, basic features
• Starter plan: Up to 10 properties, advanced features
• Professional plan: Up to 49 properties, all features including AI
• Enterprise plan: Custom solutions for large portfolios

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. No refunds for partial months.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

StaySync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the settings panel.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
